H1B transfer to a new company after name change

Hello All,

Greetings!!!

I recently changed my name in passport (after all formalities i.e. court order, newspaper adv) and also got the same updated in SSN .

Now, I haven't yet applied for H1B amendment for name change with the current company. But I got a new job offer, is it fine if the new company files for H1B transfer with my changed name? Would it cause any problem?
