H1b rfe

Hello,

 Last year my employer sponsored me h1b, I got RFE on October 2016. My employer could not respond to it. He told me that he will withdraw application but he did not. This year my h1b got selected in Lottery on april 11. I also got 2nd rfe for the previous application which was still pending.

1. Will this effect my current status and what are the problems I am going to face in future?

2. Will this effect my current h1b application which is recently selected from the lottery.

3.  How to handle this situation. I don't want pending cases under my sevis.

I would really appreciate if my questions are answered.
