Staying in US without Status

I am in H1 and I was terminated from employment on 27th April, since I am in 9th month of pregnancy I cannot travel back to india, since my husband works for the same employer, he is processing Change of status for me and that is yet to be filed with USCIS. It will take another 2 week to get it filed.

I have my I94 valid till August 2018

My query here is how long I can stay in US without status?

you have 60 days to find a new employer and move.

but if you can;t, you can use these 60 days to move to H4.
