Manohar R Posted May 3, 2017 Report Share Posted May 3, 2017 Hello I am in OPT which ends on May 30 2017, My H1 visa got picked in the lottery, does CAP-GAP is applicable?, if in case H1 got denied for some reason, what is my status/ my SEVIES. Do I need to cross the US border to reactivate my SEVIES? else will there be any time span to activate my SEVIES without crossing the border. Thank you in advance Link to comment
