Jbha1234
I am in H1B & I have resigned my current company A by myself I got an offer from company B and applied for H1B transfer. Then, I got the offer from company C and planning to apply for H1B transfer for company C, which might take place after I leave the current company A. I would like to join company C. 1) Can I join company C after leaving the current company A within 60 days grace period, although I have resigned by myself. 2) Do I need to mention about company B filing to Company C, while filing for H1B transfer and do I need to produce Company B receipt no. and pay slips while applying to Company C H1B transfer, even though it is within the 60 days grace period? Thank you! in advance Link to comment
nightshade
@Jbha1234 I am in a similar situation. What was your end result? Did your Company C petition get approved? Did you end up involving any documents from Company B in the Company C petition? Link to comment
