Change Of Employer Approved I 140

i have approved I 140 Approved And valid for more than 180 days ,

My 6 years on H1B ends in 2019

Questions :

1.Can i get 3 yrs extension based on approved i 140 ?How many times we can get extension on Approved I140 from previous employer .

2.In the case if i get 1 yr On new H1B ,

Can i still Use I 140 From previous employer for another extension ?

3. After new rule On I 140 Employer cannot revoke I 140 but are there any other risks involved ?

4.What things i should take care while H1 Transfer

4.What things i should take care while H1 Transfer. If I140 is approved beyond 180 days, no issues and it could be like regular H1 transfer.

Yes he can, but it will not impact you.
