Hello,

My h1b expired on sep 2016, i filed an extension on sep 2016(same month) under Regular process. Till now i haven't received any status. Right now my project got finished and looking for new job. 

What if my h1 got rejected? Can i do  h1 transfer to another company. Plz let me know the details
