Any I-485 approvals for received date on or after October 4th 2007

Lets track if there are any I-485 approvals with received date on or after October 4th 2007 in EB2 category.

Here is ours:

PD- Nov 1999

SC: TSC

Category - EB-2

485 applied August 2007 - Fiasco

FP done: In Oct 2007 & May 2011

Status: Initial review.

No RFEs received till now - Waiting.

guys TSC[!] goes by Receipt date if iam right. am seeing approvals for jan, Feb , March PDs with receipt dates ahead of me even though i have a higher PD Nov2006 & receipt date : Aug 13th 2007.

so pls put in your Receipt Date as well.

I looked quickly through some scans of the approvals we received today. Most have receipt dates in September 2007, including very late September. But, yes, there was one which had been filed on October 5th.

There may have been more---I stopped looking after seeing the October approval.

They are arriving daily.

but i applied during 2007 fiasco. receipt date 13th Aug and notice date oct 5th.

but it says oct 5th on USCIS portal case status.

Receipt Date October 4th 2007.

I don’t think they are going with neither PD nor Receipt date.

Because My PD: Dec 04, 2006

and Receipt date: July 2nd, 2007.

I could see that my friends (4) received GC on July 13th, 2011 when their PD is Feb 2007 and Receipt date on Aug 2007.

But, I haven't received anything

anybody got gc with EB2 PD becoming current in july 11 but receipt date later than dec 2010.

The scenario is unlikely because eb2 pd went apr 07 only in july 11; before that it was at that level only during the july 07 visa bulletin fiasco.

Just trying to understand this since the posted processing date for nsc are for 485 with rd of dec 2010.
