Can i retain PD, my I140 approved 10 years ago

I was working in US from year 2000-2006, I left for India in 2006 and worked there until Mar-2017. Was not maintaining h1b status during this time. My I140 which was filed when i was in US, it was approved in year 2007.

Now I am back in April 2017 with different employer H1b. 

1) Can i retain my earlier priority date? if i file GC with current employer, I understand i have to file LCA and I140 again.
2) If i transfer H1B to old employer who got I140 approved, can I start from I485 stage directly?

1) Yes. In some cases they allow to retain PD even if the 140 is revoked but it depends on the officer.

2)Yes, if they haven't revoked your 140.
