Status: Post Decision Activity On August 3, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. @smita56r41: what about ur status? is that "Post Decision Activity" Post Decision Activity: what does this means? and how many days it will take to get documents? still waiting for documents.....:( Link to comment
usvisa_boulder Posted August 17, 2011 Report Share Posted August 17, 2011 H1 Extn got approved on aug 2,2011. I am yet to receive the petition copy and told by lawyer it would take 3-4 weeks to receive it when extn.. filed under normal process. Link to comment
