Now, in my case AM I CAP EXEMPT? There is 5 years of gap since I left USA, so will I be considered as CAP EXEMPT? If yes, then what is the right way to approach for H1B visa Employer? To be a cap exempt the candidate should had been in H1 status with in last 6 years Link to comment
