H1 premium question.

My H1 extension was filed in March 2017 with premium processing. USCIS received the  package in March last week but they returned it due to some error  in filing the forms. No receipt number was generated. They just returned the package with checks and the reason for returning. My company is sending the package again.

My question is 'Will they process my extension as premium ?' as the resent package will be delivered to them in April ?
