tinny
Got my H1b in the lottery last year (2016) in Oct . worked for 2 months NOV / Dec and have payslips for that . Nov payslip is less than monthly LCA amount (LCA / 12 ) . Also Jan and Feb (2017) is less than monthly LCA amount . March 2017 is fine . Now transferring my h1B to a better company in premium processing . Got an RFE based on USCIS case status. Though we haven't received the RFE notice , I speculate it would be mostly because W2 is less than LCA . 1. Does USCIS considers monthly equivalent of minimum wage or just yearly . 2. What should be next steps if it does 3. Can somebody suggest a good lawyer to consult in this case. Link to comment
