H1 B processing times and am I legal to stay

Hi,

My visa expires on April 14th and my extension was field last week in normal processing.

How long does it take to get my receipt number?

Am I eligible to stay till I get my receipt number?

What happens if I get the receipt number after my visa expiry?

How long can I stay after my visa expiry?

Your stay is not related to the visa, or did you mean your I-94 expires 4th April?

If your i-94 expires, you are allowed to stay for 240 days after the day of your expiry, if your petition has been submitted for processing.
