itsbabali
Hi, My Labour is filed 2 months back with USCIS and pending for the response from USCIS. My 6 years is getting over in US and will be leaving during October 1st week timeframe. I want to know some information with respect to GC Processing... 1) Will the GC Processing continue even after I leave to india? 2) After Labour/PERM gets approved, can I apply for I-140 while in India? 3) How soon should I apply the I-140 from India, after the PERM is approved? Is there any time Interval? Link to comment

I need to know Is there any time within which we need to apply for I-140? 2) Also, If I dont apply for I-140, what will happen? OR What should i do if I dont want to apply for I-140? Link to comment
prajarajyam
1.A) You have to apply I-140 with in 180 days of PERM approval. 2.A) you loose your priority date. Link to comment
