ush1b2011 Posted August 21, 2011 Report Share Posted August 21, 2011 hi, My current visa has been cancelled but my I797 of Employer A is returned back asking to reappear for visa stamping in home country. I work on EVC (employer->vendor->client) model. Can I transfer my visa to another employer B with same VC? If so what could be the implications? Is it mandatory for me to reappear for visa stamping on the H1B extension before any transfer can be applied? Please this is bit urgent. Looking for replies asap. Link to comment
