I got paid till June 9 and pay date is June 25. (Employer-Client) 2. Got Receipt Number from Company B June 8, got RFE June 15, with deadline to respond till July 30, 2011. (Employer-Vendor-Client. RFE for employer employee relation, incorrect LCA filed.) 3. I might get a job offer from Company C which is big IT services company this week. (Employer- Client) Questions: 1.Can I file for H1 transfer with Company C in Premium Processing before July 25, and still be “in-status†as my last pay was June 25 from Company A? 2.Or should I get 3 pay checks from Company B, and then apply for transfer with Company C?
