hello999
Hi All, My Approved H1B is valid till end of 2018. After getting Approved H1 Extension , i changed project and filed H1B Amendment in Regular process then that project was ended unexpectedly in 3 months due to budget then i got another project(currently working here from last 5 months) in another state so Employer/Lawyer filed New Amendment(Vermont center) and same time Lawyer sent withdrawal letter for previous pending amendment(California center). First amendment has been processing in California center from September 2016 and latest amendment has been processing in Vermont center from November last week 2016. My First Amendment is filed almost 6 months back from today but still online Status is showing as case was received in September 2016 and it is in process. Lawyer sent withdrawal letter almost 3-4 months back but seems like he did not get any acknowledgement receipt for withdrawal letter (Is this common?) and uscis did not update in online status about this withdrawal. My Latest Amendment (current project) is filed almost 4 months back in regular process and it is in process but i am worried about my previous amendment petition withdrawal. if my second(latest) H1B Amendment gets approved and Previous amendment withdrawal is pending then will it be problem? Do Attorney supposed to get any Acknowledgement mail from uscis for withdrawal letter of pending previous amendment? USCIS is taking too much time for all these things. should i worried about anything? please let me know. Thank you. Quote Link to comment
rohang
if amendment were filed on time, which it seems, then you should be fine. Quote Link to comment
