H1 premium proceasing case status confusion

Recently h1 transfer for me was filed by new employer under premium processing at vermont center. Attorney didnt get any email about notice or premium processing. Only thing attorney provided me is the case number based on the check chased for i129. I saw the status online and it says case was recieved as it says for regular filed case but In the case of premium processing it should say case was recieved and notice was emailed. I am following up with attorney to see if they cashed premium processing check.

Based on my current case status does it mean that uscis didnt accept my case to be processed in premium? or it is normal that first they accept it as regular processing and then change it to premium and email notice with in 2 weeks.

In my case intially it was Case received and after a couple of days it changed to -request received for premium processing.

not sure whether it's the norm but for me they accepted it, entered into system, and then changed it to premium after a couple of days.

So in your case you applied for Premium processing then the first status was "Case was recieved" and then they changed to " premium processing" after couple of days?

When did you file the application?
