vandus
Mine is one of the Strange sorry situations. 1. EB3 Labor Approved. PD March 2005 2. I140 Approved in August 2007. (After famous July which I am sorry to miss) Employer not interested in changing to EB2. Now, got an excellent offer in India and planning to work in this new company and will be R2Iing in next 1 month. Question is, 1. I want to request my current employer to not cancel I140 as I would like to join them in case my PD becomes current. (3-5 years). Is it worth waiting that long? 2. or should I get new H1 and new GC process using EB2. In case I want to return to US. 3. If employer is not interested in continuing with GC and would like to revoke I140, what will he be able to do? Link to comment
