Does time spent on H4 counts towards H1 6 years limit?

Hello Members : Have a Question ...

I Travelled to US in the month of Feb 2012 on H4 Visa. I got a project in month of May 2012 and Transferred to COS From H4 to H1 (I was cap-excempt as i have my I-797 Approved in 2009) . 

So with in these 5 years i changed to H4 status couple of times (at least for 1.2 years i was on H4 and was on H4 EAD for past 1 year).

My Question is if i change back to H1B  , Can i use the time that i was on H4 and H4 EAD ? 

Please help me on this.

Time on H4, even H4 EAD, does not count towards the 6-year H1 limit.
