H4 stamping when principal applicant client location changed

Hi All, Here is my situation in brief:

Spouse applying for H4 and I have all the docs but little ambiguity regarding paystubs and client locations;

I have recently changed from clientA to client B( started working for client B from july 11th);

I have my pay stubs with earlier address. I will be getting my paystub with updated address from aug 21

What could be the best bet to attend h4 VI, After Aug21st with updated address and 1 paystub or before aug21st with earlier paystubs??

If we are planning to attend with past pay stubs and if I fill DS forms with new address/ mention the clientB as current client during VI, how does that effect??

Please help me with your suggestions, Thanks!!!
