We thought of applying premium processing. Since now it looks like pp is suspended from April 3rd. Can we file for premium processing around March 15th or we can do on March 30th? Link to comment

vkris Posted March 13, 2017 Report Share Posted March 13, 2017 You can apply h1b extension 6 months prior to the expiry. Yes, you can apply on either of those dates you mentioned. And you can apply all together at once too ( h1b + h4 + h4ead). Link to comment
