ganga_dhar
I have been employee of a consulting firm from past 6 years. Filed my H1b extension couple of months back in regular processing , now we are going to apply for amendment due to change of project. Do i need to sign offer letter from my employer as part of amendment? Is this one of the required document? Thanks Link to comment

He will need to submit all the documents he submitted for H1B extension. Offer letter is from end client. I am assuming, you are working in EVC model. USCIS now a days is insisting on end client letter. Your employer might have to submit other proof if you get RFE because of missing client letter. Link to comment
