H1 Amendment Denied with current H1 still Valid

Hello, my H1 Amendment Got denied after an RFE.

I am working for Client A, through Vendor B and my employer C. I got Amendment denied for client A but my current H1 is valid until Sept 2017. I have few question on mind. I am yet to receive notice from USCIS regarding it.

1- Am i out of status right now or i can continue working with client A until we receive notice from USCIS and see what was the reason?

2- Can i join Vendor B directly and have my H1-transfer process started with the same client A? If yes, can i continue working at client A?

3- Any other options that i can take?
