rohang Posted March 2, 2017 Report Share Posted March 2, 2017 It's legal, but borderline unethical. and by your statement , it seems you will be paying for it, which is illegal. coming back to your question , yes multiple employer can file h1b, and if both got approved, you can join any one of them.
