dannysuengt Posted February 28, 2017 Report Share Posted February 28, 2017 Jan - Oct 2016 working for employer A with CPT, applied for H1b cap Oct 2016 - current working for employer B with updated CPT, expires by Jul 2017 Jan 2017 I-797A H1b approval received, petitioner: employer A SEVIS status: terminated I'm working on filing cap 2017 and/or H1b transfer.
