HemaSekhar Posted February 27, 2017 Report Share Posted February 27, 2017 Hi All, i got denied my h1 august my employer filed MTR on September i got new Receipt Number for MTR but for my friends it updated on the old Receipt number. and its still in Case was Received only . Now can i apply for New H1? and my OPT also ending for JULY . Please suggest me guys . need your help Link to comment
