Is this ok to do? My PERM has been approved, am i right in assuming that there is not a lot that is to be done for filing except gathering a few docs from employer & employee? JoeF Posted February 21, 2017 Report Share Posted February 21, 2017 For PERM, these are not your lawyers, but the employer's lawyers. The employer had to pay them. The I-140 is also the employer's application, although you can pay the lawyers. So, discuss this with your employer. Link to comment
