EB2 -> EB1 with Same Employer

Hi,

   I have an EB2 Filed with I-140 Approved 4+ years back and waiting for Priority Date. Since then i got promoted to higher levels and now i got promoted to highest level. I was Eligible for EB1 while back but now i feel confident with this recent promotion i very well qualify.

  Questions:  Do i need to file a NEW PERM -> I-140 Again for filing EB1 ? Or Anything can be done to my existing Application to Port from EB2 -> EB1
