Overlap of dates in Employment

Hi,

  I started working for Emp B on 9/19/2016 .My previous Emp A ran the payroll till 9/24/2016 (bi-weekly as per their payroll cycle).  When I ask for the Experience letter, Emp A gave the end date as 9/24/2016 instead of 9/19/2016.

Now the question is, would there be an issue if Emp B files for my GC and experience letter shows the overlap of end date of Emp A and start date of Emp B by a week?
