Annyv Posted February 14, 2017 Report Share Posted February 14, 2017 RFE details : "The basic information about the proposed employment and employer in Part 5 for Form-i129 is missing, incomplete or conflicts with other information provided in the record" For this, details regarding the federal income tax and other corporate docs are asked. There is no mention of end-client details/letter in RFE. In this case, does the employer need to submit the end-client details/letter? (I am not sure if they have submitted while applying, as it is a development and services company) Is it enough, if only the documents which are mentioned/asked in the RFE are submitted?
