Eb1-EA ead

Hi all,

I have a very weird situation. I have got my eb1 in extra ordinary category got approved last week and unfortunately I lost my job today. Considering the fact that I will be technically  out of status till I find a new job in the same field. I am filing for change of status this week. So my question is - 

1) will I face any problem on gettin ead considering I don't have a job at the moment 

2)once I receive ead , and if do not opt for h1 b transfer and work on advance parole, does that mean if it takes more than 180 days for 1485 decision , then I will be considered out of status for that period and decision can go negative based on that  ?
