Visitor Visa for my cousin - Rejected 1st time

Hi,

My cousin went for the Visiting visa last week and got rejected. Here is the scenario:

She and her husband own and run a school and hostel in India. Both her kids are at school. Daughter is in 1st standard and Son is in 8th Standard.

Everything went fine untill the VO asked the question : " Are you both Trustee for the School" for which she answered yes and she said the VO then looked at his screen and said cannot issue visa at this point.

They are planning to reapply. Please suggest any changes they can make- she wants to change her status from trustee to home maker- will this help or be a problem.

Please advise.In need of urgent help.
