My question is related to filling the form DS-160 form where I am confused if her chances of getting the visa are better if she pays for her trip? I would love to pay for her entire trip but I wanted to know that it will not be an issue in getting the visa. What other documents should she have to make her case stronger and that she will be joining her job back. Thank you so much! Link to comment
cap-gap Posted February 13, 2017 Report Share Posted February 13, 2017 depends on her family life status and how much she has in bank versus the expected cost of trip.. the consular will not ask to prove the financial ability proof in B1/B2 cases..they will make some calculated assumptions regarding her immigrant intent with few questions..
