Jayanth86 Posted February 10, 2017 Report Share Posted February 10, 2017 Just been hearing lot on new H1 B restructuring bill presented (yet to be passed) Is the bill quoting that H1B duration is reduced to 3 years i.e. No extensions after 1st 3 years. I m talking this with no GC processing within 1st 3 years. Is there such statement in the new bill? Link to comment
