P_AG Posted February 9, 2017 Report Share Posted February 9, 2017 My company changed my location to another state I had my approved I-140 at location A do I need restart the whole process of Labour filing again and restart the GC process or I only have to file I-140 again I heard the new rules that came on Jan 17th 2017 will make it easy please help Link to comment
