H4 Stamping interview while H1B extension in process

Dear Murthy,

My H1 visa will expires on coming Feb 28, 2017 and i have initiated my H1B Extension and it is in process ( in normal process mode).

Also i have initiated H4 Dependent request foe my spouse and she will go and appearing the H4 Stamping interview on Mar 2, 2017 in consulate.

1) will she encounter any issue in H4 interview related with my visa expiry and H1 extension request is in progress.

2) How long she will the visa (will be granted approximately)

3) If any other suggestion

I think one of the document she will need is H1b approval notice, which you dont have. I don't think she should go for VISA interview.
