I had a DUI from 2011 which has been expunged and I had a visa stamping done back in 2014. During the last visa stamping interview , I got a 221(g) and had to go through administrative processing. Is it safe for me to travel this time? I work in a reputed US company and have my I-140 approved 8 months ago. I have been residing in the US since 2007. Link to comment
