I am on H1B 5th Year. Employer is not starting Green application.

I am planning to take a break. Can i apply for Visitor visa while i am in US and submit resignation and stay in US?

if Visitor visa approves. what would be the validity and should i exist and enter in US?

will there any issue in POE?

Should i apply Visitor Visa from india ? is applying form india is better option applying from US?
