sai52 Posted February 5, 2017 Report Share Posted February 5, 2017 Hi All, I have a doubt Please clarify it...I am on H1B visa and working for a consulting firm and I am done with my project..Now my employer says I will revoke your H1B visa or you need to transfer to any other company. What would be my situation if he revokes my visa or do I have any options now to get out of this situation? Hope I will get a feedback from you guys ASAP....
