This would typically mean I don't have to go for stamping if I visit India next week. However, visa is stamped in my expired passport and of course I have new & valid passport with me. I'll face this situation for the first time hence my question is - Do I have to go for stamping to make my new passport stamped ? Link to comment
rksingh Posted January 29, 2017 Report Share Posted January 29, 2017 No you are OK with valid visa in old passport. Just make sure you present your I797 and both passports to POE officer so that you get I94 until Feb 2018. Link to comment
