torbjay
Hi, I received a speeding ticket in Indiana. I was offered an opportunity to "avoid" the ticket and traffic points if I agreed to the program. The ticket was $150 something + 3 traffic points and the program was $189.50 + 0 traffic points. So, I took the deal and paid the county $189.50. As part of the deal, I had to admit to violating the laws/the offense and plead guilty by signing the agreement. I did just that. Is this considered Criminal? Will this affect/cause issues during my naturalization/ N 400 Immigration form?? I'm a green card holder (asylum based), will this cause me issue re-entering the country when I'm coming back from international travel?Thank you Link to comment
