Bharat7283
These days even the Premium Processing are taking more than a month for approval. This has become quiet common. Link to comment
pinnaka149
Premium Processing Service provides expedited processing for certain employment-based petitions and applications. Specifically, USCIS guarantees15 calendar day processing to those petitioners or applicants who choose to use this service or USCIS will refund the Premium Processing Service fee. If the fee is refunded, the relating case will continue to receive expedited processing. Copied from USCIS website. I don't agree with "Bharat7283" Link to comment
drsb
ya. Its right but the 15 calendar days is counted from the receipt date. But i heard normally the receipt number is issued within 2 to 3 days after your application was received. Link to comment

aarthi80
if the filing is done in premium processing or upgraded to premium processing, the case status clearly mentions that they have received your case under premium processing. if it is not mentioned then your case is not filed with premium processing or upgraded to premium processing. Also, search onthe internet for the USCIS phone number to check your premium case status. if your case number is not recognized when you call that number, that also indicates that your case is in normal processing. Google search "uscis premium processing phone number". Link to comment
