I have been USA from Dec 2011 to Dec 2013 on L1b Visa and then got another L1b stamped and came to USA on Sep 2014 till present. Now my company is filing my extension as L1A visa. I have read many article about getting extension and conversion applied before 4.5 year completion. Will this include my previous trip duration as well? Please suggest. Link to comment
