Please let me know if anybody sees any concerns with this journey with respect to boarding a direct flight and entry into India. rksingh Posted January 27, 2017 Report Share Posted January 27, 2017 I think that the airline in the US itself may question as to how your son is going to return back to US? After all he can only stay for a limited time in India on a visa and must return. Immigration authorities generally will hold the airline responsible. I suggest you contact the Indian Embassy and seek clarification. Another thing to consider would be to get your son an OCI card if he is eligible since OCI allows the holder to stay for long periods of time. Link to comment
