H1B denied but Amendment approved

Hi,

I am totally confused right now.

My initial H1b was rejected after answering the RFE, but my lawyer has also submitted an amendment in support of the RFE. Later, I also received an RFE for the amendment. We submitted the RFE for amendment on Jan 10th.

Today, I received an email from USCIS that my form I129 was approved and mailed the decision. This email was contains my amendment case number.

My amendment was done in premium processing and H1B in regular processing.

 

So, can I say that my H1 is approved?? Can I consider my H1 and amendment are same and ignore my previous case number which was rejected earlier??
