H1-B Transfer while H1-B amendement is in progress

Hi,

I am holding an valid H1-b petition till Sep 2017 and also valid visa. Currently I am working with an employer A and new employeer would like to hire me on Full-time job and ready to do H1-transfer on premium processing. 

My employer has filed an amendment currently and it is still in-progress state. Will there be any issue in case case if new employer files H1-transfer. 

Will I get an RFE for this reason, should I wait for approval of amendment before we initiate the H1-transfer?

I went through the same situations few months back...got approved without any issues.
