Recently on dec 12 2016 the federal agency revoked acics from its list of accrediting agencies. I worked on my initial opt for 10 months and started working on H1b effective october 2015. I have my PERM approved and waiting to file i140 premium next week. Will i face any challenges/ RFE with i140 filing ? I would like to have an answer from JoeF or any one who has any experience on this issue. Thanks.
