Bhavani Patil Posted January 12, 2017 Report Share Posted January 12, 2017 Hello Sir, I have a H1B petition approved from my old company and while quitting I had to buy it from them as they were not ready to give it. The petition had expired and it needed extension. I joined another company and they recently extended it but they have not provided me the new petition number. My query is if I quit this company, will my old petition is still valid as it had two more years of cap exemption. Please help me with this as I am very much worried about my old petition.
